Step 1: Contact Us

• Call or text me at (312) 315-3651 or submit the Start Your Search form on this page, and I will work with you to find your apartment will reach out within minutes to start your FREE apartment search.

• We listen to all the things that are important to you in your new home.

• We use our specialized knowledge of the Nashville market to create a list of apartments perfect for you.

Step 2: Meet Me

• I will sit down with you for an in-person appointment or schedule a virtual meeting to review the options I have researched and help you narrow down your choices.

• We make sure you get familiar with the city of Nashville along with the potential communities you will call home.

• Once you have narrowed down your apartment options to your favorites, I will arrange tours for you and tour with you at the properties.

• We tour with you or on your behalf if you need a more virtual experience.

• Once you find your perfect apartment, we guide you through the application process and ensure everything goes smoothly with your approval and move-in.
